How does it work when leaving?
You can present yourself at the reception to inform us of your departure and make the final payment* for your stay.
EVEN BETTER! Chat with us and leave the room keys in the suite. If there are charges to the room, we will take them from the credit card on your file and send you the invoice by email. If you have not taken anything from the mini bar and have no additional charge, the pre-authorization amount will be released within 3-5 business days.
